QUESTION : is ICCOA planning to start centers in India ?

Dear Friend,
ICCOA is very much based in Bangalore in India. It is an Indian Institution thinking of becoming intenational ( South Asia) later on. SO do not get misguided by the word international.

ICCOA is planning to set up a branch office in Delhi. Also plans are there to set up a chapter of ICCOA in Malaysia. But all these would definitely take time.
