How one can affiliate

IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) with over 730 member organisations in about 100 countries is worldwide active and offers three levels of affiliation:

  • Members (with voting rights at General Assemblies):
Organisations, such as institutions or companies, qualifying as being "predominantly" organic.
Predominantly organic means that more than half of the budget/turnover or investment of
staff time should be in the organic sector.
  • Associates (same status as members, except voting rights):
Organisations and Companies which meet the requirements, but whose activities are not (yet)
    "predominantly" organic.
  • Supporters: Individuals.
