Manoj Kumar Menon is the
Executive Director of ICCOA.
Previously he was head of its Market Development programs since August 2004. He was also the
Coordinator of both editions of the “India Organic trade fairs (2005 & 2006), the flagship
products of ICCOA. Manoj was State University topper in his degree in Agriculture from
Gujarat Agri. University. He did his MBA from 'Faculty of Management Studies (FMS)',
University of Delhi. He has over 12 years of experience in management of agricultural
projects, estates, input marketing and market developments etc. He has also represented
ICCOA internationally at the BioFach, IFOAM, FiBL and at various forum nationally.

Suresh K.T. is Manager Organic
Conversion, ICS and PGS at ICCOA since August 2005. A postgraduate in Agriculture and an
active member in Organic Agriculture movement in India for a decade. His practical
experience includes, working with four developmental organizations in promoting organic
agriculture in India. Further he has acquired rich experience in inspection and
certification of individual organic farms, small holder projects, processors and traders by
serving two organic farming inspection and certification agencies. |

N. Muralidhara is Information
Manager at ICCOA since April 2006. Before joining ICCOA, he was the Information Specialist
for the Resource Centre, Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Communication Technology
(DAIICT), Ahmedabad. He received a MLIS from Bangalore University and M. Sc (IT) from the
KSOU. At ICCOA he is involved in - structuring, compiling & updating the 'Directory of
Organic Stakeholders'; developing and managing the ICCOA and India organic web sites; design
and printing of brochures; answering user queries; demonstrating resourcefulness and resolve
technical problems; information management; coordination of ICCOA & IFOAM-IOSC membership
related activities. His current interests are information organization, instructional
technology, application of technology especially open source software for information
services, knowledge management, and the development of electronic information products
(eORS) and services. |

Jaydip Roy joined ICCOA as Manager - Projects in March 2008.He is Post Graduate in Agricultural Science majoring Plant Pathology from Assam Agricultural university, Jorhat campus in 1996. His thesis was on White button Mushroom - compost tech. and standardisation. He worked for a public Limited Company for more than 12 years in managing and developing big farms (approx.2000 acres) from land survey, demarcation, fencing, planting, nursery raising, marketing. He also worked for cardamom plantation in Idukki (Kerala), well versed with Plantation labour laws, EPF, Laisioning with Govt. officials, farm accounting, record maintenance and office administration. He has undertaken a training programming in advances in farm management from Pantnagar, attended Organic trade fair in Bangalore. He has provided consultancy services to many marginal farmers in respect of IPM, advances in food preservation, medicinal plants, dairy units. |

Mrs.Swarnambigai. R is a Deputy manager at ICCOA since May 2007. Basic degree in agriculture along with master’s degree in agriculture. Her specialization in the field of plant biotechnology (transgenics). Has over 3 years of research experience in the field of cut flowers, medicinal and aromatic plants. Provided consultancy and conducted training programs in the field of tissue culture, organic crop production and protection measures, production techniques in biofertilizer, biopesticides, biocontrol agents and commercial cultivation of mushrooms. Published manuals on herbal, medicinal and aromatic, spices. Awarded Gold Medal for best M. Sc Thesis in TNAU, Coimbatore. |

Lakshmi K.P. is Accounts & Administrative Officer working since May 2005, with over a decades experience in the finance & administrative domain. She plays an active role in accounting of all the financial transactions of ICCOA and is responsible for all the routine administration of the office. She has completed 3 years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering along with B.Com degree from Mysore University. She is well acquainted with SAP. |
