Partner with us
In partnership with JSW (Jindal Steel Works) Foundation, we are working with 8800 farmers in Bellary and Chitradurga districts of Karnataka to form 11 FPCs (Farmer Producer Companies) and improve their livelihoods. Started in October 2021, the project aims to improve the income of farmers through trainings on better cultivation practices, managing farm input and output supplies, facilitating convergence between various government schemes and the FPO and developing financial and market linkages to ensure profitability to the farmers.
ICCOA is training and handholding the farmers to face the challenges of mobilisation, share money collection, arrangement of finance, quality management of the produce, marketing and so forth. JSWF is providing additional working capital for existing FPOs to help them tide over their funding issues and strengthen the business.
