Mr. Manoj Kumar Menon
Executive Director
Mr. Manoj Kumar Menon is the Executive Director of ICCOA. Previously, he was head of its Market Development programs since August 2004.
He was also the Co-ordinator of both editions of the “India Organic trade fairs” ( 2005 & 2006 ), the flagship products of ICCOA. He was State University topper in his degree in Agriculture from Gujarat Agriculture University. He has done his MBA from ‘Faculty of Management Studies (FMS)’, University of Delhi. He has close to 2 decades of experience in the management of agricultural projects, estates, input marketing and market developments, etc. He has also represented ICCOA internationally at the BioFach, IFOAM, FiBL, and at various forums nationally.
Mr. Rohitashwa Gakhar
Director Operations
He is a post graduate in Agricultural Entomology, he has worked extensively across the entire value chain of organic agriculture management including organizing
capacity building programs for the officers of the state Government, working in the organic adoption and Certification projects at field level, development of internal Control system as part of organic certification requirements and market linkage initiatives. Working towards development of markets for the organic produce, organised India’s biggest trade Fair on Organic Agriculture in the year 2007 and 2008 at New Delhi with participation of Central and State Governments, private organic stakeholders and International participation. He was also instrumental in facilitating the establishment Organic Farming Division as one of the major Vertical at Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) Ltd.
Mr. Jaydip Roy

Gopalkrishna Hegde
Manager (Projects)
Has completed MSc (Agri) from University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad with specialization in general horticulture. He has Pioneered contract farming / Agriculture Extension in Karnataka,
Andhra and Tamil Nadu through farmer and village mapping networking of farming community, input inventory management and improved agronomic practices establishment of collection centres. He also specializes procurement & logistics management of fresh produce field development of biological products Liaisoning with SAU’s and ICAR institutes for product testing Promotion and establishment of Farmer Producer Companies in Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Tripura and Sikkim.
Ravi C Nair
General Manager
(Coordination & Administration)
A Commerce graduate from Delhi University and Post Graduate in Financial Advising, Mr. Nair brings with him a plethora of knowledge in the Banking space having a working
experience of more than 25 years and predominantly working with Punjab National Bank & Bank of Baroda in the mutual fund vertical. Having joined ICCOA in 2020, Mr. Nair’s previous experience of working with Corporate Institutions/Bank helps ICCOA in building day to day working relationship with Bank/ Government organizations in the expansion phase. In ICCOA, Mr. Nair is involved in the General Administration / personnel management / relationship management / co-ordination among various stake holders.
Poornima K K
Deputy Manager
(Certification)
She has Master degree in Environment and Ecology with basic graduation in Agricultural Sciences. She has worked in various organization with over 15 years
of experience in certification both Third Party and PGS system of certification. Since 2019, she is involved in organic adoption and certification projects of ICCOA. She also involved in tender submission and EOI for various schemes in India under organic sector. Involved in providing training on certification.
Rajbir Singh Tomar

He has Master’s degree in Agriculture Science ( Horticulture Sc.). He has worked in various organizations with over 25 years of experience in Organic Farming Adoption & Certification ( Third Party and PGS system) and FPO.
He is involved in organic adoption and certification projects and FPO of ICCOA since 2015. He was also involved in tender submission and EOI for various schemes in India under the organic sector. He provided the training on FPO formation & Management, Organic Adoption & Certification, Inputs Preparation & Application.
Putul Bhuiyan
General Manager

Putul Bhuiyan has a PhD in Botany (Forest Ecology) and a Post Graduate in Agriculture (Crop Physiology). A Specialist in Livelihood promotion and Natural Resource Management (NRM), he has around 24 years’ experience in
diverse areas of project management, field implementation community mobilisation and grassroots work. He was associated with different Government and allied agencies and was knowledge management and capacity building expert with Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India on climate change adaptation project. He has been involved in action research projects and published nearly 13 research papers in national and International journals. He is working with ICCOA as General Manager in Assam on a World bank funded project since 2021 and spearheads development of agribusiness and formation of Farmer Producer Organisations
Philomina Mathai
Manager
(Accounts & Finance)
She holds a B. Com degree from University of Calicut and a Higher diploma in banking. She has more than 22 years’ experience in accounting and finance. Working with us since 2013, she currently heads the accounts
department and oversees all functions including statutory compliances.
